Looks great. I'm glad that bike stock is still an issue because I look at FS bikes and want one pretty bad.

Can't wait to get the eeWings to finish it off....my god the hope brakes are nice...they feel great and are beautifully machined

Also common sense set in and I passed on the ceramic speed pulleys cuz who am I kidding?

Also went with ESI chunkies for grips

Looks great! Grips are so personal ... I went through several versions of ODI's and Ourys years ago, from thin to fat and back to thin.

Interested to hear what you think of the Hans Dampf f/r setup.

i was running lizard skins before and they are pretty stiff (and also a pain to install)

was gonna go nobby nic in the back, but decided for hans f/r...haven't tried them before so i'm curious...was running DHRII f/r on the ripley

so it was still a lil greasy on the trails this am...so i was bit tentative as i didn't want to crash a brand new whip

the bike felt great...everything just feels a bit tighter...i think my tire pressures were too high

will hopefully dry out by tomorrow am so i can push a bit harder

Will be curious to hear your thoughts relative to the Ripley- I have a hard time imagining a better riding bike (and you had one)

Only a couple of rides so far. Still getting used to the changes on geo and travel. Not quite point and shoot like the Ripley but I expected that. Tracks better climbing tech.

The hope breaks however are a revelation. So good.

Given the state of the bike supply chain I could probably flip the frame for a profit!

Could you elaborate? Thinking about swapping out the SRAM breaks on the Pedalhead. Was just going to throw on some XTs (assuming I am able to find a set) but am open to options. Thanks.
