    I'm going to stick with the Nisene for now. I've got a bag of 1mm spacers for the bottom bracket and a set of headset spacers in black to replace the silver ones on the way from Wheels via Amazon. I noticed more noise on the upper (larger) 4-5 cogs so moving the crankset at least 2mm in that direction should alleviate some of that.

    I've installed an old Flite Max saddle that I got from SoCalSteve about 11-12 years ago. I've ridden double centuries on it, should be ok for a 90 minute ride. I also added a PNW Pine 27.2 dropper with the external actuator. It was pretty easy to mount, Garro built the bike for a dropper so there's double cable guides under the top tube.
