hopefully they do the trick...the fit is good and seems pretty durable
Based on this thread, I picked up a pair of the Endura Singletrack Trouser II too. Good looking pant. Test ride soon. I'll report back after that.

Unfortunately not very durable...the stitching came out in the crotch! So I am returning them...would've exchanged for new pair but out of stock

Hope you have better luck...they were exactly what I needed otherwise

Bummer. I'll keep a watch out for that. Had happen with some Fox gloves earlier this year on a first ride.

A while ago I have used a pair of Humvees shorts for two years day in-day out, no issues. Same with a pair of their Singletrack shorts and Urban trousers, have them a few years now. Yours must be a lemon, the company is sound and should give you a refund right away.

Do these singletracks pants work for hotter climates ? I don't really need pants for the cold but some of our local vegetation is full of thorns or scratchy things and I sometimes end the ride with bloody or itching legs just by riding on narrow singletracks.

I have a pair of Twin Six four quarter pants that are great in wet and cold weather. I bought them with the intention of commuting, but I routinely wear them for road/dirt/mtb rides. I'm not sure if they are sold still but I do recommend them.
