Built up this alloy Trek yesterday. New frame/fork, all used parts. 17.3lbs as shown with a 10spd 105 group and no pedals. 60cm frame.

    You never get bored here!

No, nothing is holding this chain!

FYI, Potenza levers do work with Delta brakes, just set them slack enough and mind you there's plenty of power!

Started switching saddles out on my wife's bike, then realized I had yet to clean the Amagansett bikes so did a bunch of disassembly/reassembly (no seized bits fortunately.) Then I set up the original Velocity A23 wheels from the Zanconato with 28mm Schwalbe Ones + 12-29 cassette, having previously switched the 52/36 rings to 50/34 and left the chain as is & set the brakes so I could run either the Shamals with 12-27 or the A23's w/o much fiddling for either road or gravel road. My wife's Pinarello now has 26mm tires and probably could take 28mm. Then I switched wheels from here to there and checked over gears and brakes and just generally caught up with all the things that I remembered needed attention only when I was riding the bike.

These days only occur twice or three times per year, but they really test the limits of my office-as-shop conversion.

They're technically on the bike stand today. Gluing up some tubulars.

Thanks for the heads up. Everything is showing up on this end no matter where I view it from. Weird!

I recently built some new wheels on some old hubs that have served me well.
