Tim is now on my fantasy list of "riders I want to be with if we stop and get into a bar fight".

I tended bar in Atlanta in the early 80's was furious fun punk rock alt new musik scene. I barely survived it. Once I went to FL with a football player and his drug dealer and they wouldn't pay for my ticket home so I was late and missed a shift. The mgr said "you're only as good as your last shift" and made me work the door for a week. Needless to say lots of drunks acting poorly were escorted out by various body parts and I never missed another shift. Cash was king in those days of coke and bourbon and if I would have saved 10% of what I took home I would be on the Peg so to speak. As it was I burned out my septum and wrecked my '68 mustang fastback so badly I was in Northside Hosp. for 9 weeks turning 24 while nursing various broken bones and internal injuries. I had been riding a bike due to a DUI and subsequent license suspension and was sort of enjoying the health benefits of cycling; the no-insurance recovery, once I could walk sorta ok was on two wheels. I've been a loyal student of cycling ever since. I ride to work every day to the hospital where I now work in the ER and get to experience the pain and suffering of daily life on a different level. After 20 yrs in the bike biz I returned to skool and earned an RN so things are a little different from those crazy daze. And a little better too!

It's not just me that thinks they know what they're doing. Or their order book is full of fools. What do you say?
    I'd say, take it easy.

    - Garro.
Sounds like my uncle, who used to be a taylor: he'd take some body measurements and cut the fabric right away and freehand, no need for paper models or the mannequin.
