Default Post mount frame ; Flat mount calipers

Has anyone come up with a worthy solution to the above problem.
I would love to use Campagnolo Hydraulic brakes on my Cabron, but the frame is post mount and Campagnolo only do flat mount callipers.

    - Has anyone managed to fathom an adapter?
    - would another calliper work with Campagnolo levers, i.e. Magura? I believe they were developed with Magura so maybe...

    TIA

I have no experience with the adaptor(s) below but have been saving the link in case I make the switch to flat mount some day. I am not sure they would work on my frame or fork. If you try it, please report back.

That ^^^ is almost elegant, as disc brakes go.

I would love to try these on my Winter (post mount frame/fork, want to use Campy calipers with my Campy levers), but I fear that the steel bracket reinforcement things that are par tof the steel post mount setup wouldn't allow these adapters to slot in.

That is my concern as well - whether there is enough clearance for that bracket 'dip' on my frame/fork.
The good news is that I have no reason to swap out what I have. I just kept the link in case I change my mind in the future.

I think you can get Hope calipers in post mount for just this type of fitment.

Thanks for the replies so far. Its likely a project for some time next year, as I’ll run cable discs for a bit.

Those do look good, only the Cabron is post mount , i.e the mounts are on the seatstay.
Likely a magura/hope job, assuming front is the same, or one can swap forks.

    Shimano has several adapters...

Not sure if this is the right one for the rear...

For the front, you can definitely work something out...

If mixing Shimano and Campy gives you a rash (makes me itch, at the very least), you could paint the adapters or find other similar solutions. TRP:

These are all generally available in 140/160mm sizes, some larger.

    Looking forward to pictures...

True, that's probably my next step, realistically.

Sure, but those guys do a FM caliper to IS frame adapter, which can be an awesome thing to revive an old frame!

Adapter for Flat Mount Caliper on IS Mount Frame - A.S. Solutions

Of course, isn't universal and requires to use both a very short allen key and a very flat spanner, but I can see a good use for it

that A.S. Solutions adapter is really slick. I wish they were a little more specific about what the mounts have to look like. From what I can tell, any mount with material between the holes is not going to work

There is a PDF you can download and print in real-size, so you can superimpose it on the frame. Sounds very handy.
