    I still dont get what you would do with them if you broke your chain? I'm not trying to be combative but I just dont get it.

    Did an all surface ride on my Huntsman and picked up a stick in my rear derailleur on a Jeep road, got super frustrated trying to get the quick link undone and held up a group ... when the WT became available, I jumped on it.
    On my scale it’s 44 grams with 2 sets of links...so it’s not like I notice it in my backcountry research pouch.

    The WolfTooth pliers are a very nice tool, although my pair lives in the S&S case for travel. They are a lovely addition to my tool collection. I carry spare links in the Spesh headset chainbreaker cap thingy on the bike, and have never had an issue with KMC quick links or chains. That being said, you’ll probably read my obituary tomorrow as I die from a shattered chain.
