Does Ultegra 10 speed lever with external routing exist?
And with that I mean the shifter cable routing outside the bar.
Friend bought a Cannondale with 9 speed cassette that seem to have 9 clicks in the lever.

If you peel the rear part of the hoods forward, the model of the shifters is embossed in the plastic body.

...and, as I've just recently been reminded (I'm wintering in Arizona, been on my old 2006 Cannondale Synapse since xmas) is one of the most comfortable integrated levers ever.
