DC area ride 1/16?

I have to be in town for work for a few days. Planning on staying Saturday and doing a ride in VA or MD for a change of scenery. Anyone interested in meeting up? Weather looks OK for Saturday. Thinking in the 60-70 mile range.

I definitely don't have 70 miles in my legs these days nor the time for same, but depending on how your route/timing shakes out maybe I can jump on for a portion.

Depending on the route you all want to do... I'm planning to ride out towards Lovettsville Saturday for a weekend stay and Scott's gravel ride on Monday. If the route gets me not far from there I'd be game.

We'd have to go toooo far south. Cold wet and hypothermic been there done that. We are on the bubble. NAHTNOJ's call for ride start / etc. I'm up for whatever.

Local riding is typical mix of urban and nice backroads. It's hilly.

I'm in your capable hands. Don't really know the good routes around here. I'll most likely be staying in Arlington Friday night.

Cool. No cars! Meet in front of Georgetown Pro Shop at 9 am and we will go from there. Plan on riding a bit of gravel and talking pace. Ride time will be about 3 hrs. lots of hills.

*Plain old 23/23c road tires will be fine on the dirt section. Take a Zanax.

Today was the first day since the twins were born that I've slept until 8am. Sorry to have missed the ride, but not too sorry.
