    You can’t teach or buy class...you either have it or you don’t and the Queen is all about class, respect and responsibility.

    Excellent. Timeless words. I'm happy to have her as my Queen.
    (She is the Queen of Canada, in addition to the UK and many other Commonwealth nations.)

    Hard to believe we are only 60-something years from this technological advancement. It grinds forward ever faster.

    While in the two nations of my preference we are subject to no monarch I have always admired Queen Elizabeth II for her dignity and grace and eloquence. She speaks for more than just her nation and the Commonwealth in many situations. I hope she is able to speak for her people for years to come and that her dignity is not lost when she is no longer with us.
