Well, they didn't arrive today. They arrived last week and I hope to install them next week when I get home (finally...) They will replace my 9-year old original Records, which work fine. I wanted to try the new (now like 3 years old) shape and these popped up available and I am still running 'obsolete' 10-speed stuff.

I went that route. Very happy with the results. New shape, minimal financial commitment.

Never thought I'd be so happy replacing Record with Centaur on my road bike.

Saab you will love those. I just put some on my Zank CX and they shift and brake/feel way better imho.

couple grams maybe. doesn't matter, that new shape is the bees knees. I put some on this spring for the first time and sort of kicked myself for not doing it sooner.

Dude...your Centaur levers are lacking the little faux crabon sticker on the shift paddle. Clearly, Record is better.
