That was my main light for years until switching to Lupine, so, yes, that helps a ton. Thanks!

My wife bought me a pair of the Oakley Sutro Lites for Christmas after my kids scratched up my original Sutros.

The new Sutro Lites have a couple of major improvements over the original Sutros.
    • More grippy nose piece.
    • Eliminated the lower frame so there is no blind spot when looking back to check for cars. (I found this annoying on the Sutros).
    • Substantial grippy material on the inside of the temple tips so that I am not pushing the glasses back on my face every ten minutes.

I spent an hour today on my bumpy cross course, and these glasses stayed exactly where they should, and they had no trouble going from bright sunshine to shaded woods. So far, I really like them and will keep the old sutros for driving.

Yes. It is delightful to receive bottles and bits and get a handwritten note from the proprietor. My kids are good with the Twizzlers too.

Getting my inner “Rich the Roadie/tires must match” on, as I received one of the last black 27mm Paves from a PL friend. Glued this evening for installation later in the week.

Brand spanking new area that I built over the holidays. Too cold to varnish the top until the Spring, so I’m being very careful until then.

Not sure. It was re-painted by Spectrum this summer. Daytona blue has been mentioned but that’s deeper. There is a Ferrari Daytona color that is similar. I think they call that Celeste MetŠlico but as a vintage car person it reminds me most of the blue of the BMW 3.0 CSI. That’s called Fjord Blue.

I may have told this story here before, but:

When I ordered my Sachs and got the order confirmation mail package [sic] my wife was like "Are you fcuking kidding me? Confetti!?!?! Is this guy serious, you actually gave him your money?"
Then I showed her the Twizzlers. Now she and eRichie are BFF.
