Default Using Shimano Rings with an FSA Crank

    Hey Everyone,

I'm considering (based on the advice from a shop mechanic) of swapping out my worn out FSA rings on my Sl-K crank with Shimano rings. Anyone ever tried this? Are there compatibility limitations?

    Thanks,
    Morgan

The only issue you might have is better front shifting.

Zank is right, I have done this for a few customers who just couldn't live with FSA poor chainrings but didn't want to buy another crankset. Works out pretty good.

I've installed Shimano chainrings on a 'foreign' crank and was happily surprised by the improved shifting.
