Default tune for 5 minute interval

last five minutes of "the day that never comes."
    metallica, death magnetic

cue it up for that last four or five minute interval of a tough set.

if that don't get you through, what will?

    any other suggestions?

Default I frequently use either of these two,

    particularly for running:

Raw Power, Iggy and the Stooges
What's the Matter Man, Rollins Band

    Other alternatives include:
Got the Time, Anthrax (although it's about 2:20 at best)
Thrill of It, Robert Randolph and The Family Band
Loco Gringos Like a Party, The Reverend Horton Heat

And if I need something longer, I'll simply go with Wango Tango by The Nuge

Scott (who hasn't cycled in nearly a year, but the bike should arrive this week!)

Agreed with an addition. Same album, different track. "My Apocalypse". Five minutes from beginning to end. No lead in, just GO!
