    I have not tried the too much caffeine one but the sugar later in the day definitely affect my HRV. Funny if I eat donuts in the morning I am able to recovery if I stay good the rest of the day.

    I am not that much affected by sleep as diet. Alcohol really affects me. Two beers in the evening will have a big negative effect the next morning on my HVR

    I had no idea how much stuff HRV4Training would do. I’m just now getting enough info to see some of it but there’s a lot more going on there than I realized.

    I caught the flu this week. My RHR is 15-20bpm higher than normal
    . My HVR is in the low 20s. I feel like crap
