Default Stolen Bike (Milholland) Capital Hill Seattle

I also posted this on Paceline, that my Milholland was stolen over the weekend from the "locked" bike storage area in my apartment on Capital Hill, as the perp sawed right through the u-lock. Serial number 1105 and the bike was purchased from my friend, Dave Thompson, who commissioned Greg to build the frame back a few years back. I filed a police report with the Seattle Police Department, but I don't hold much hope. Eff creeps that make this their career....thanks.

No! Ugh. I hope it gets recovered. Send around notices to bike shops also.

OMG. I know and have ridden that superb machine on my visit to the Dave Thompson HQ in Spokane. I hope you get to ride it again. Maybe Dave regretted the sale and came over to retrieve it? :).

And there is a place in hell for whoever...

Post the information at BikeIndex.org. This may help you recover the bike. Many law enforcement departments check there as do pawn shops and buyers.

Hey I might have seen your bike in se portland. There is this underpass by the aladdin theater, I will take a peek next time I pass, but unfortunately that won't be until next Monday. Best regards, ————

So I received this note and I responded to the sender. She won’t be passing by the area until later next week, so if any of you PDX bothers and sisters ride by this area, keep an evil eye out for me.
