refinishing ti: from blasted matte finish to brushed

If it is doable, what would be the required steps in refinishing a ti frame that currently has a light blasted finish? I strongly prefer what I think is often called brushed. I would like the new finish to be the one where if it gets a blem, it is straight forward for the owner to touch it up with a Scotch Brite pad. I don't mind the look of the blasted matte finish. Just seems harder to care for.

Embrace blemishes. They mean you ride the machine in question. A well-ridden bike will have chips and scratches and grease and sugar residue and glue and dirty tape and paper thin tires, etc. Embrace blemishes. Be the blemish.

My top tube is actually a little slick in some spots ... maybe from sweat or oil. I'd think the salt would make it dry and just crusty. I'd leave mud on there if I could find any here.

be careful and check with the manufacturer about changing the finish.

if when in the saddle, i looked down there between my legs, and that tube down there had a brushed finish rather than matte...if you know what i mean.

don't think that works past the first ride or two to the coffee shop.
