Yes. With either high-quality grease, anti-seize, or assembly compound.

Anti seize is best. However it is very sticky and a little bit toxic. It will stain your clothes in a hurry. Use some gloves or a brush to spread it around and wipe off the excess carefully.

Use whatever. Chicken fat. Grease. Anti- seize.
Just be sure to take it out a couple times per year and clean both surfaces.

Assembling parts = anti seize compound (regardless of what metal I'm dealing with). I never found a reason to use anything else. Get a bottle from the auto-parts store it will last you for years. Use a flux brush to apply (cut the length of the hairs in half or a bit more to stiffen them up).

anti-seize or bearing grease what ever you have and just redo it about every 6 or so months

    Why? Galvanic corrosion?

I have a Thompson Al seat post in a Ti frame.

I just remove every few months and wipe down. I also place a strong soft rag down the tube and wipe the tube ..
I use no grease, just common sense.

I always remove the post and BB drain plug after any encounter with rain.

    no you do not grease
you use anti seize and you pull the seat post often more so if you wash a lot with a hose

    copper or nickle anti seize

anti seize should not be considered a lube, unless you are riding a D9 bulldozer.

Which "lube" to use is like asking which soap to use. That you use some on a regular basis is the important point.

The prior post about the antiseize being sacrificial to the galvanic process squares with everything that I have heard and read. My local veteran shop rat said that it really does not matter, as long as you have something (something meaning antiseize) in there. According to him, the park stuff is generic molybdenum disulfide, and it really doesnt look like anything different than the stuff from the auto store. That said, I use copper based.
