Almost as bad *** as "Westside vs the world".
Watch it on netflix. Prince's "Crazy MF" comes to mind:

Eli Iserbyt is currently the Belgian bulldog of cx. Looks like he is really tough to get around. At Geiten, Hermans kept trying and trying but just couldn't do it, and the one time he got around on a fumbled crossover by Iserbyt, he only had it until the next corner. Toons seems to be having a bad stretch. Vanthourenhout looked out of sorts. Pidcock rode almost with his head down. Meanwhile Carmen Alvarado beats Sanne Cant by 55 seconds with Yara Kastelijn in third after losing a strong battle with Cant. Early season CX!

No Mathieu van der Poel? Is he away because his grandpa is seriously ill?

MvdP was schedulled to be back end of October.
Next years (Olympic MTB prep) starts now.
I doubt we will see van Aert in the mud this year. Recovery seems slow (as expected).

Forgive my ignorance; is this stuff broadcast anywhere?

GCN-Racing on YouTube is showing many of the races. Some are blocked out for viewers in North America. Superprestige today was not. There are other channels on YouTube as well - you just have to search by the various names and dates for the races.

CyclingFans lists the broadcast locations for the various races a couple days before they happen. Some are out of market and others require paid memberships, but at least you know who is the rights-owning broadcaster.

BTW, Soudal Classics is now the Rectavit Series. And Brico Cross is now Ethias Cross.

    Any other changes?

Edit: Oh right - Trek is covering DVV Trophy races and the Rectavit Series. They stream the races in real time but don't save them for viewing later (AFAIK.)

Who still watch sports events live in 2019? Looks like I will stick to the highlights + the world cups on the uci channel.

Why, oh why, does the UCI have the points leader wear a white skinsuit? Have they never ridden with somebody in white bottoms/bibs?

^^^ Not to mention that, unless it's bone dry, there is no photo of that rider without a mud stripe up front and out back.

UCI channel is blocked for most races in the US due to rights agreements with other broadcasters (whether they choose to broadcast the event or not.)

I think riders are allowed to pick white or black bibs. As far as skinsuits, I think wearing a skinsuit instead of jersey and bibs is also rider choice. But I'm watching the racing, you know? Who cares.

There are at least options to get past those restrictions.

Here spanish TV had the rights for road worlds champ but I knew that if I watched the replay from their app I would have been spoiled the result before I get the chance to find the correct video.

So I watched the race on the youtube uci vid from a vietnamese IP. Stupid eh?

I watched the Waterloo women's race while on the trainer this morning. Stellar performance by Jolanda Neff. It is a shame that the coverage focused on Nash so much - I get that she's the leader... but she was the leader by 15-20 seconds for most of the race. Neff charged through the whole field, from a terrible starting position all the way to 2nd, and the TV coverage hardly showed any of it. It did not show the pass when she got into 2nd - highly disappointing.

If that race would have gone 4 laps, it would have been epic to see if Neff could have caught and passed Nash.

Does anyone know why there isn't a race at Kalmthout any more? The UCI had World Cups there for a time in the 2000's and the race ran from 1991 to 2013 and then vanished. It was a pretty cool venue and I thought it was a shame when it went away.
