    Wow. Beautiful.

Are you local to Reno, or did you communicate by mail/phone?

I know some folks really dont like the Thompson Setback. I think it looks great. Especially on that bike.

Tell us a bit about the build and your choice of parts.

    DW,

Aren't those tubes .8/.5/.8? IIRC, you are a big guy. Is that a bit light for you?

I ask because I weigh about 230 (and ride a 62 cm) and have been wondering whether .9/.6/.9 would be overkill or not in an OS lugged road frame. I do prefer SP, SPX or similar in standard tube diameters.

That is a great looking bike, Don. My white bike approves. I didn't realize how tall you are. What are the specs?

I went with SRAM Force. I didnt want to go with Red, mainly because I am not ready for it...baby steps....

Cane Creek wheels and Shimano SPD SL's for the rest of the drivetrain.

Selle Italia (Taint saver) Saddle, in white of course and Zipp CF bars with a Thomson stem.

I dont recall the guage, but the dowtube tapers from 31.7 - 35. Its pretty beefy. She will go for her maiden voyage this weekend.

I'll post the ride qualities then.
