    Default Great experience with FSA

I bought a K-Force Light crankset last spring. Light. Stiff. But I don't like the look of the thick "Super" chainring. Vanity. So I swapped out the big, super ring with an FSA "Pro" ring. Problem is, when I'm in the small ring and the small cogs, the chain rubs on the big ring.

So I emailed FSA customer service, expecting nothing. I got a reply in an hour. After swapping some codes stamped on the rings, we determined the Pro ring I bought didn't sync with the inner. Okay, my fault. I'm a dumbass, and I need to buy a new "Super" ring and get on with it. Right? NOPE!

FSA is sending me a new matching SET of Pro rings...FREE!!

Way to go FSA! Very impressed.

I've talked with them on 2 different occasions. Prompt and excellent service as well. Recommended.

I replaced my Rival 50T ring with an FSA ring after folding the second Rival ring. Couldn't be happier.

Default good customer service or great products

when you get as many phone calls as FSA due to poor quality, you get used to being nice answering the phones. i am not sitting here bashing for bashings sake, but i think their products are marginal and i wouldn't ride em, except the bars. since i sell their stuff, i hope i make fewer calls to them in the future, unless i am complimenting them.

I bent an inner FSA K-Force chainring by pedaling hard. I replaced it with 39t Ultegra ring for $4 and couldn't be happier.

I love my FSA handlebars though.

The pedaling hard part was somewhat of a bad joke. What happened actually was I was shifting from the big ring to the small ring, kinda level road, and the chain somehow caught something and bent 2 or 3 teeth. I was able to pound them back with a rock out on the road and make it home though.

I find FSA chainrings really flimsy, not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but it's my opinion for what it's worth, which is not much. :)
