    Default Four More Years

So much absurdity and contradiction for such a short article. It looks like Phil is getting more senile by the week, but rest assured, he's not going anywhere anytime soon.

“But I’ve no reason not to support Armstrong. I don’t know. He told me to his face that he didn’t and I had no reason not to believe it. Don’t forget, on television we don’t actually mix with the riders. I call the pictures as I see them.”

Of course they don't mix with the riders, except when getting a lift on said rider's private jet.

Liggett was on TV last night in Oz and he really looks uncomfortable talking about it.

Phil tells it differently here. Watch the video. Maybe he just sees the writing on the wall at this late date, or maybe it is just for the Australian audience.

He's doing quite the game of Twister trying to justify what he has said.

He'll probably continue to work on British television. I hope we get a fresh start on broadcasts over here in Murica. We can develop new talent, like Schlanger and Gogo. If not, steal Harmon.

With Phil, we'll be treated to more years of sprints involving Tyler Hamilton and/or Jose Ferrer.

Mom: He was very sickly until he started riding around on that bicycle.

Dad: Yeah... well... now his body's fine, but his mind is gone.

I have a hard time understanding how a 70 year old can't accelerate the process of getting out of contract for 'medical' reasons. no contract is that solid that someone can't retire unless he's in hock up to his eyeballs.

Hard to say anything bad seated next to Lance's business partner.
    Got some cash
    Bought some wheels
    Took it out
    'Cross the fields
    Lost Control
    Hit a wall
    But we're alright
