Seems like she cannot catch a break! Hopefully being young and healthy goes a long way towards repairing that injury.
She just signed a 4 year deal with Canyon-SRAM and will be racing more on the road. 4 year deal - that's pretty good, and the backing from Canyon & SRAM for this team has (up to now) been rock solid. And even better, she has the blessing of Twenty20 Pro, her old team, and Nicola Cranmer, the team owner.

Plus Redbull and likely US olympic team?
Best of luck to her. That was a horrific crash to watch. She was on pace to win the TT when it happened which made it all the worse. And I blame the organizers for not providing sufficient protection in that curve for the riders which lead to severity of her injuries. It was interesting to see they extended the padding for the race following day but that was a day late and dollar short Chloe.
Doesn't she has white supremacist/xenophobic views? Not sure where I read that. If so Incan't support her more than wishing her a complete recovery.

Well I was wrong there was a problem here...
Chloe Dygert apologises for social media conduct | Cycling News
I guess Thomas was closer to social media than I am (not hard actually)...
I will suspend my enthusiastic support of Ms. Dygert. Thanks for catching this!

Between the Canyon/SRAM press release from yesterday, and this thing today, I’m saddened with the belief that the thought bubble above it all says, “We don’t really care for your past transgressions because we’ll win a lot of races with you, and you’ll get paid a lot of money.” That’s seriously snarky, but I’m willing to hear other interpretations.
As a pro athlete in 2020 you have to be careful with your social media- even with likes.
They need to ask the question "is this good for my brand"? with every like, post, picture, etc.
I think you are spot on. Alas just the tip of a very large iceberg...
But this is the sad place we find ourselves in.

Sometimes I wonder if we've PC-ed ourselves to death.
Not often.
Sometimes.
Disappointing but without excusing Dygart or exempting her from the repercussions, sometimes when you are in your teens and twenties you have no idea what you are talking about really and your world is the size of a dehydrated pea. Tough way to figure out life by making your mistakes on instatwitface while millions are listening for the sound of squealing tires just before the crash.

Check who she follows on Twitter.
In the instant case, unless Dygert Owen can get the likes of Candace Owen to sponsor her fully (pun intended), she’ll have to rely financially on brands that mainly sell to people who find Candace Owen and the ilks of the latter (viz. conservative firebrands whose aim is to troll) objectionable.
My guess is that Dygert Owen couldnt even get people with her political persuasion to respect her sport and all that it entails (e.g. 3-ft laws and such), good luck having them do much more than paying her lip service on how she’s the supposed victim of cancel culture...
Last I checked, sponsorship (the primary means via which she is paid) is all about brand image and messaging; therefore, rhetorics is very much part and parcel of her job, in a way that doesnt apply to sportspeople who mainly derive part or much of their earnings from gate receipts and TV rights.
