They're coming up soon - the Quebec City ProTour race is Friday, Sep 9th and Montreal is Sunday, Sep 11th. I saw the Montreal one last year. Wicked course (Merckx World's, '74 I think) up and down Mont Royale near downtown. The pro's are already in the red zone by the second lap. Because it's ProTour you get all the best teams, with a pretty good attendance of some of the star riders. Last year, Voeckler and Gesink won respectively.

Also, pretty easy access to the riders and their machines. The riders are relatively relaxed and have time for the fans. I've watched a Giro, and they're a lot more stressed for something like that, compared to a North American race (even though it's a ProTour).
