    Default Al Donahue's stroke

Some of you may know Alec Donahue as the A in the JAM fund. Or from the Northampton Cyclocross race. Or having raced with him, or been fortunate enough to have his wheel when he was really moving along.

A pair of strokes have left him with a tough road ahead.

Al gave me a couple crucial tips at cross camp a few years ago. He's one of the good guys for sure. I donated.

Hopeful for a comprehensive, fast, and complication-free recovery for him.
I know younger folks who have thankfully bounced-back with good results.
