14.4 lbs pictured. Did 57 miles on it today and it rode perfectly. Kinda like the first night back in your own bed after being on the road for 2 weeks. Mike nailed the geometery perfect and the ride was sublime. Better pics tomorrow.

53 more miles on it today and it is just about perfect. A true dreamy ride.

Jack, any issues with the narrower 11-speed chain on the 10-speed chainrings?

Zero issues so far. Shifting is quick and precise. I believe that the internal diameter is the same as 10. The Extralite chain rings are really nice.

There's a protective coating on the AX seatpost and it's rubbed off a little of the coating. No biggy. That seat cluster is as sexy as they come. The seat stays are beyond sexy. It's my favorite part of the frame.

You people are getting me in serious trouble. I just had all kinds of thoughts of things I'd do for a bike like those. Nice!
