I did a nice road ride on it with Cindy, and it rides really well...way better than my MP Cannondale. Too bad it only has one set of bottle bosses!

I hope Mike is taking orders by the time I retire from the military in 2012. I want a nice century bike to enjoy between telling kids to get off my lawn. Lugged steel with a straight fork is such a clean look.

I probably won't order until late 2010. I get to spend the second half of next year and early 2010 deployed to the Persian Gulf.

I've got no water bottle bosses, so I could only do crits. My family sprayed water at me every other lap and I tried to catch some in my mouth as I went by.

    True story.

    Ok, not really.

The bike did handle great though and was super stable in the sprint.

    Default You saw it clean...

...and now it's dirty. The pink hoods and custom Arione saddle have been added since my original posting. The bike has served me well in it's first season - a few early season training races in addition to the dozen 'real' races. Definitely a well balanced, predictable ride. Thanks, Mike Zeee! :)

Jeff that is one sweet, unique bicycle. I like the bubble gum pink accents too. Also..that is one of the few painted stems that I really like!

My new superlight race frame. Both Mike and Toby hit it out of the park on this one. I've only been able to see six different colors so in the paint. Pictures don't come anywhere close to doing the fame justice.

Thanks Frank, I did see the print after I took the shot. I was still a little sweaty from my ride today and I wanted to get some sun to be able to show off the colors. It's getting a new build up hopefully early next week.

    Default JacB and Zank

That's is a beautiful ride!! Two questions: what makes it "superlight" and why the fastback lugs but without the "Z"?

Goal was a sub 3 pound frame and you'll have to ask the Zank man about the fastback lug.
