hopefully the work i have to offer will be offered before the last lap and i wont have to deal with the hysterics that is the worst sprint set up on any race course possible. i hate that last lap.. the rollers and the headwind and the slowing into the last turn make it so every idiot in back feels like they have a shot at being in front.

    pointlessness!
Both you guyses need to go up to Brad Huff on Jelly Belly and say hi! He's a super friendly and funny fellow. Tell him mike from springfield sent ya!

    mike,
i think i've actually ridden with the guy before when bahati was on slipstream... i'm sure he wont remember me but.... he was a sweet kid. it was like riding with a bunch of golden retriever puppies on adderall.

to be honest with you... i try and leave them all alone on race day. i will stalk ms floorpump if she's there to try and have her sign my ass... but that's the extent of it.

i was just down there helping set up registration... ugh that headwind!

Love the Della Santa. Rolland is a legend around here in Reno. I see lots of Della Santas on the road and I ogle them every time. I've never talked with a dissatisfied owner.

Having just seen this bike in person I want to second the rave comments that others have already made --it is an absolute beauty down to the smallest detail. Here is a link to the photos on the Serotta forum that include a closeup of the logo that I think everyone should see: http://serotta.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43928

The good news is that Jason is going to start building them for others (the bike is his creation). He worked in a frame shop for 7 years and plans to open a shop of his own in the not too distant future. He has a beautiful family and another child on the way and I want to wish him the very best.

Default The red Vanilla please, Too Tall!

Unless I have missed something the only posted images of your incredibly delicious fendered red Vanilla are really crappy. Both my wife and I drooled over that bike in Asheville and I think you owe the world some better ones!
