top end ultra light stuff, and NJS Bars? You need them to be stiff or just like some steel on the bike to keep it real?

I'm with you. I'd have a 12lbs of my 15lbs bike be a NJS bar and Ideale saddle, if I had a 15lbs bike....

Down to two now. Seen before elsewhere. Handlebars have been rotated back to where they belong now that my back is better.
The Serotta is back in my in-laws basement. I was afraid the movers would dent it and I wouldn't be able to get it replaced. I really wish I had it here, I miss the steel ride.
The Hampsten is still my perfect bike and the one I'll always keep

This is my daly ride with a new paint job I did a week before the portland show. Silver base coat with purple over a simple hand cut cardboard stencil then a light chameleon on top. Built the frame in "01" and still love it.

    [QUOTE]but what's with the upside-down risers?/QUOTE]

    Thanks,
It was origionaly built for track drops but I had kids and started using breaks so in came the risers. They made the bike feel too much like a comfort bike though. I liked the look of the drop bars on old Penny Farthings so since I don't have much use for bar spins any more I tryed it.
Im not sold on the looks ether but I'm still rideing it that way. Its easer to control in traffic and thats what Im interested in rite now. Well, that and this beer rite here!

Did you know that that burgundy red C-50 paint job is both my favorite and perhaps the least common color sold. It was also used on the President frame and was much less common than the "limited edition" Leonardo Da Vinci. Get it in just the right light and it truly sparkles.

Thanks. I had to special order the FLR scheme as an option for the C50. It really looks cool under the bright Puerto Rico sun. Here is a pic under the rays...

Isn't that frame a bit small for you? Just askin... Nice color.
