i love that every vanilla posted here is a different bike yet, they're all clearly vanillas.
i don't know how that happens... but it does and its supremely rad.

thanks. and you're right....the 32s somehow don't look like 32s. although, i typically only use about 65-75 psi.

i could not be more thrilled with sacha's work with the frame/fork/stem.

as for the parts selection, i mixed this up to carry the classic/modern thing.

    - king hubs laced to ambrosio elite 19s
    - 9 speed ergo shifters converted to 8 speed to match the 8 speed campagnolo spaced ultegra cassette
    - standard (47/57) reach campagnolo brakes to modern levers

    Default Vanilla Road

Here's the frameset I purchased from Sacha in 2007. Just finished swapping out the carbon Record 10 gruppo with a silver one.

I like Vanilla's, but this may be the best to my eye. So perty, but made for big tires. I love it. What's the size? Looks very nicely proportioned.

That looks great, but you're not running multiple master links in the chain are you?

    ......
im so impressed with sacha/vanilla workshop's ability to keep moving forward and push the vernacular yet remain so identifiably vanilla.
