Swiss Cross Disc V2 is basically the Outback with flat mount brakes and higher bottom bracket.

Yeah, it makes me wonder if they will make another steel Outback, and I don't want to stretch to the carbon Break-Away version. The Swiss Cross V2 is also only currently available in black and whilst my Black R-L Disc is lovely in the flesh, I'd prefer a more lively colour. There have been some teaser shots of what might be a green steel Outback on Instagram recently...

Full build picture - need to tweak some cable lengths and will fit some tanwalls on to break up the black, but this is it for now:

I think that is the first road bike I’ve seen in a long while that looked right with a zero degree stem. Nice build!

The steerer only has 35mm of stack, so I’m waiting for a Chris King Gripnut at a bottom feeders price

After quite a bit of procrastinating, I finally have the latest Outback on its way... Can't wait to get it built as have really missed not having a gravel bike of late.

Hastily grabbed pic of the final build - will try and get a better one after I've had a few rides.
