permission granted ;-) but warning is needed, that's stuff will be hard to read ! Oh and thanks for the info on wall thickness, I love knowing that stuff and I think the info is not in the said drawing (because I looked !).

Okay, rainy morning give me the opportunity to finish the build and to take some shots. This really belong in my "thinking about a Ti bike" closed thread but hey, it's closed ;-) From idea to reality.

Nice compromise on the painted/unpainted ti-frame dilemma. I like it.

It's pretty cool that the end result of that ludicrous discussion* is this killer bike.

*That was one of my favorite threads ever.

Had only a 30k shakedown ride on it so far and it felt awesome. Heading out soon for 120k on it, better test, I will report back.

The Bora 35 felt closer to the hyperon than to the bora.

Bora 35 report please. Are those the Ultras? Or the standard POS Bora 35s?

They are the POS Bora One (ie the cheap ones !). Difference is steel bearings and alum hub vs ceramic bearings and carbon hubs in the ultra. They ride great and feel closer to the Hyperon than the Bora 50. I see no difference in the breaking in the dry compared to the hyperon and bora (but they are great anyway) maybe in the wet they are better.

Highly recommended. Can be had for about $1400 in the US.

I'm thinking about a set with some of my Nucleons getting long in the tooth and that they're 10/11 speed compatible if I ever go 11-speed. Cool.

BTW, pics of that bike are nice. Let's get a real ride report! Handling, stiffness, feel, etc! Spectrum vs. Rock Lobster vs. Crumpton.....
