We didn't do sh|t to those welds beyond our usual nylon brushing. Tim Delaney is an absolute wizard of a TIG welder. Really an artist. Pretty amazing.

Sorry, the tabs are still there. Although we have no control over what customers do to their lawyer lips once they get their frame set, we won't remove them here. Our insurance company would drop us even though the things are silly.

Can builders put lawyer tabs on the rear dropouts and get an insurance break? (Just joking).
    Auk's words to live by:
Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.

I'm still using a set of SNAP quick-release skewers. Open the skewer, one quarter of turn of the nut and the wheel is released. Works great. Too bad they don't make them anymore.
