Without making this a 45 page thread about tubing ....

I didn't keep up on your final decision for your Lobsta. Did you choose Alum or Steel? And if you chose Alum, is it the Deda tubes Craig Gaulzetti designed?

Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.

Aluminum, but I do not think it is the zetti tubing. It's called Adversa EM2. There are a couple of option for each tube that Paul selected when I visited him. He basically chose the fatest option everywhere because I told him I was faster than Tom Boonen.

OMG, this looks mean. A bit of a different experience with Paul, never saw a frame drawing or anything, just got an email saying "your frame is ready, tell me about paint.". I hope it fits ;-)

You may have said this somewhere else, but what's your plan for the finish? Paint or powder? Seafoam or *gasp* some other color?

Seafoam powder, enve fork painted to match. Rock lobster logo on the DT only. Just debating (with myself) whether I should go with the new logo or the old one.

    Leaning toward the old one.

I vote old logo. Not that my opinion counts for much.

Personally prefer the new one - mainly just because it's new (it was due an update IMO).

Funny you say that. I've been riding this bike all week and thinking this thing needs a beefier, aluminum-er big brother. It's such a pleasure to ride...one of the most "drivable," if that makes sense, bikes I've ever had.

Old one. Head tube decal is a must.
Decal on back of seatube is highly recommended.

I am leaning toward the old one but I do not like decals on the back of the ST, but I want the crazy lobster on the HT to also be on the inside of the ST above the bottle.
