    Nevermind, I see now that its curved to bring the stay straight onto the dropout.

    Because the stays are no longer slotted to accept the dropout...they are now plugged/brazed in so to speak...

    I know what you mean. The pictures of the new bike were actually for a couple of magazine articles to link to this site.
    The series of photos by Steve J have come to a close until my Sachs 9100 Di2 bike is built.
