Yeah, I know, "Hey you got your Sachs in my White." "No, you got your White in my Sachs."

Good bike notwithstanding, is that a Schnauzer pup in the background?! (The bike is fantastic, but I just noticed the puppy.)

Whether you purposely removed any decals off the wheels or not, the fact they're void of logos make them a perfect complement for the bike. The eyes aren't distracted by wheel logos, so they're drawn to the frame. It's just a well done match. Nice job.

I let them know a few colors and schemes I liked, they came up with three ideas which all sounded great.

Yes the puppy is a Schnauzer

Nice one. Is it powder or wet paint? Reason I ask is because my Vanilla track looks like the same color scheme and matte, and it's powder. Coat does amazing work in both.

Seeing this latest build just cements the fact in my head that it's good that I don't win the lottery. Because as sure as donuts make you happy, I'd be pennyless within a few years and the newspaper would have a picture of me surrounded by hundreds of bikes. Every Sachs frameset that I've seen makes me want one. When they are different colors, I want each color, as each one speaks a different tone. This latest just takes it to another level.

How long did you have to wait to get it painted? I am just curious on what basis Coat takes "oputside" work.

Wait just a minute. I want to see a close up of how your bottle cages are attached. That's a cross bike ... and it has cages ... and I don't spy gaslo tape? Shenanigans!

Guilty! I have a great wife. Very understanding and supportive of my bike fix....but she draws the line at standing on the side of a cross course and handing me water bottles. So it came down to the cages or a Camelback and I hate Camelbacks!

I thought RS wouldn't even build 'cross bikes with bottle bosses. Just surprised to see them ... not faulting you for wanting a little H20 while racing.
