Anyone know what a Z4 retails for? I didn't find anything on their website.

    Oh, and Grant, one thing.

Your front derailleur cable needs to be trimmed.
    I think the z4 frame/fork retails for around $3200.

    Default Another Toronto Z1

    Hello All,
Just wanted to share another Z1 from toronto built of for the local Tour for Kids ride last year (The day before).
This is the current incarnation the day before this years ride.
I love Grant's Z1, my previous Calfee Tetra had a clear coat finish, and it was time for a change.
The wheels are loaner's until I can spring for them next year along with more of the EDGE accessories.
    Cheers,
    Joe

    Cool nude Parlee.
How is the ultraviolet light situation handled with non-clearcoated carbon fiber frames these days?
There used to be a preservative one could periodically apply. I haven't heard of changes.
That's the main reason my Hampsten Parlee was specified with clearcoat for ease.

I'm guessing this is a later-generation of the Parlee matte finish. My Tournesol is finished in a earlier version of this clearcoat. Mine is a little bit on the brittle side, but I understand the finish has evolved over the past few years.

That is one gorgeous bike, no doubt.

The one above is total stealth especially using all unidirectional carbon.

This is a friend's bike, a pretty swank ride indeed. It's light, it's fast, and the rider is quite fast too...(masters state RR champ in both Cal. and Nev.).

    Enjoy...

    Hey
I think I rode along with your friend a couple of weekends ago. PCH from Huntington Beach down to Laguna Beach. He was wearing his state champion kit and was really very smooth and FAST. Rather lean. We were visiting the area from La, Louisiana, not LA:) That Parlee is BA.

    i sat on it. once...

the thing felt like a 2x4. :omg:

but the owner says it's more comfy then the padded selle italia slr he had prior, because it's fit for him and it flexes quite a bit.

still, it felt like a 2x4 to me...!!!

That's a tough act to follow, but here's mine. Today was the maiden voyage for the bike for me, including the Flux-built wheels. Frame is new to me, but is an older vintage (27.2 seatpost, carbon weave finish, etc.). This thing is super smooth.

That's going to be my next experiment, maybe next weekend. They both have a sublime ride. The MeiVici has Hyperon Ultras on it, so I was thinking of doing some back-to-back riding with both sets of wheels. Care to join me ?*

*Even tho I'm a happy Campyer, I have some ShimaNo pedals I could throw on...

    Justin,

The ride was so smooth that at one point I stopped and pinched the tires to make sure that they were fully inflated!
