And now I'm over here just sitting on my hands waiting for a full shot of Justin@BlackOakVelo's rig...
Some shots of my dirty bike.

Does anyone here have one of their mountain bikes? They seem to be the least photographed things on the planet; even the Mosaic IG account only has a couple of pics and those look like they were for NAHBS 2-3 years ago. Makes me wonder when a manufacturer doesn’t promote a product line.
bobonli, i wonder, too. I still dont think ive seen a Firefly MTB either.
They currently have 12 listed on the website:
Mountain – Firefly Bicycles
And why comment as you did above? Many builders only build within 1 specific vertical (road, cross, mountain, etc.) so why assume Firefly should promote something that their customers may not be asking for? Firefly does have a waiting list that appears to be more than a year and only getting longer.
And somewhat related, I read a blog post recently by Jan Heine stating, All-Road Bikes are the Road Bikes of the Future and that mountain bikes and race/road bikes might move to the fringes. I am not a Jan Heine devotee like some but it was an interesting point of view.
Yes I know there are products listed on their site. My point was, perhaps not articulated properly, that you dont see many ‘in the wild.’ And FF does have mtn stuff out there as does Seven. I was just curious, not looking to strike up an argument.
As for Jan.....he writes what he does to promote the products he sells. And sometimes uses some fuzzy science to support his assertions. There are definitely places worth exploring where a mtn or fat bike are better than what he promotes.
personally, i was just hoping salonistas would post up some ti goodness MTB bike pron... so i will rephrase: c'mon, who's holding, foo's?![]()

@ineff, tough act to follow.
But I'll do my best with the RT-2 I just finished building up:

I have no idea what Justin did to make this bike so amazing but it's night and day different than my Seven.
It's actually dangerous. Dangerous because I'm going to have way too much fun riding on stuff like this.

Nice bike Darren.
Did you go with 700 or 650B?
Looks great!
I continue to be impressed by my Mosaic. Does everything well. 70mi today at 20+ av speed on pavement with lots of climbing, tomorrow I could go rip some dirt. The balance and overall feel of the bike is fantastic. Also speaks to the versatility of wide high quality tires...
