It does come with it, it just didn't quite look right atop the black stem - maybe I'll try again...

You could try and find a mango/orange anodized bolt for the cap.

Thanks, August Bicycles (UK) are importing and marketing them, I guess from the far east... Available in 23 or 30 mm deep, with 23 mm width. Nicely finished with gloss on matt logos. Only had time for one ride so far, and the brake surface seems good - maybe heavy on pads though, if that bothers you. Can't take any pics for a few days but there are some more here: August Bicycles (@augustbicycles) Instagram photos and videos

What pads are you using? I'm having a hard time finding suitable pads for ceramic as the years go on.

The standard Sram Red pads - SwissStop Flash Pro Black. Been away for a week, so its too early to report back on wear, wet performance etc, all I can say is that there seems to be a fair amount of material coming off them so far from dry weather use.

Ah yes. I started off with those too. Wait for a heavy descent, I at least experienced some pulsing.

I've been meaning to try the exalith pads too.

I've only ever had pulsing on Open Pro Ceramics in the wet. My two sets of Reflex Ceramics have been entirely pulse-free (all experience is on various standard aluminium pads - in fact the worst pads were ceramic specific ones).

Given how much more coarse the Exalith rim is, I would expect poorer performance, personally.

Use Exalith pads or Kool-Stop Greens. Both readily available.
"As an homage to the EPOdays of yore- I'd find the world's last remaining pair of 40cm ergonomic drop bars.....i think everyone who ever liked those handlebars in that shape and in that width is either dead of a drug overdose, works in the Schaerbeek mattress factory now and weighs 300 pounds or is Dr. Davey Bruylandts...who for all I know is doing both of those things." - Jerk
