OK, sounds like a lot of interest in the Wisconsin ride. I'm going to start a new thread for this topic in events. We can get details together there. I'm sure my brother-in-law will be totally psyched too (he's an active member here, but I can't remember his handle).

Darren, I don't think I'll ever get tired of seeing pics of this bike. Oh, and I'm digging the white tape.

The white tape is too pristine. It's a little suspect that this bike even gets ridden, photographic evidence notwithstanding.

Darren, I think you mentioned this before, but are those Rolly Polys or Ruffy Tuffys and is that your Baller's set up?

Rolly's. I'll likely use PR tires with a compact.

This series is turning into a theme. Sort of like those Marlboro Country ads of yore…
    Sublime.

Cool. I've tried Ruffys twice and just don't think I can handle riding on them for hours. What's a compact? I don't think they have those here in the flatlands.

It's that round contraption ladies carry that has make-up, I think.
    Auk's words to live by:
Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.

This baby should be in route to State College PA soon ... can't wait to get it built up and to ride it! I know it's been said many times, but I'll say it again ... It's been an absolute pleasure working with Steve.

While my photography may not be improving at least it isn't getting worse.

The bikes keep getting better, and the photos keep getting better.

Me, I want to ride with DarrenCT and Stefan and learn from them how to make great on-the-road pics.

Looks good. Any idea what the width of those Eroicas are on the Hed+ rim? and can you fit fenders on with that wheel/rim combo?

Look, DarrenCT, look. See teleguy57's Gran Paradiso. See the Enve fork on the GP. See the fenders on the GP. See the 25mm tubulars. See the Campy brakes. See the 25mm tubulars working with 25mm tubulars and fenders with Campy brakes.

Teleguy57 likes his GP. Teleguy57 likes his GP with fenders. Teleguy57 loves the bike Steve made for him!

FINALLY, got outside for my first ride outside on the new SB Max. A little cool, a little windy, but at least it was sunny out!

A simple 45 minute ride on the roads and dirt rail trails. Solid with that little springiness of a fine steel frame. My position needs a little tweaking, but it felt great.

Darren, I finally picked up one of those "dirt-road-by-a-lake" bikes.
