I am looking to have a frame repainted; you may have just made up my mind for me on the color. Great looking bike!

Agree, totally nailed it. Is that the carbon model? Super sharp. And it looks like it would almost fit me, better still.

    Fork is a tapered Enve?

Any time this thread slips off the first page something is wrong with the world. I just finished listening to a podcast Steve did with "The Pull". Being a Luddite of the first degree I don't know how to add a link. Help a brother out in sharing this with everyone. It is worth a listen. Good job Steve.

my new Hampsten I call it the 7-11 "Tour of Ireland" race leaders bike if that actually existed. My 65th B Day is May 17th this year, and my birthstone is an emerald. Steve did a great job and I call it the "signature" model . pun intended. All steel frame with Shimano 8000 50/34 11-30 for climbing a few hills here in Colorado.

Nice! Now that is proper old school, with the quill and all. You must have better luck fitting 26.0 bars than me. I end up commissioning custom 31.8 quills to get a bar I like.

Should be smooth as butter. Enjoy.

I think you and I are on the same page bike wise...I've got a Hampsten Team Pro coming my way this spring. Love that Green. Makes me anxious to get mine! Funnily enough I picked a British Racing Green color...must be a green year for Hampsten.

    Enjoy the bike!

had this for a month or so but just got the wheels built.
    Thought I'd share.

My new Hampsten Team Pro. Life tubing with Sachs UOS lugs.
Painted in their "Anno20" La Vie Claire scheme.
    Rides like a dream.
Also had a Falz carbon fork painted to match but right now I am loving the flat crown steel fork even if it looks a little puny compared to the UOS tubes.

Steve also did my wife's bike and both our travel bikes. He continues to deliver gems. Communication is prompt and clear. Of all the framebuilders Ive worked with, his deliver times are the most accurate and reasonable by far.

    Enjoy My new little piggy

Holy Sh#t. That is amazing Ryun, Looks like you have a ton of clearance. What size tires are in the pics? I have been thinking about a repaint on my pig but don't think I could match this! Very well done.

They are nominally 28s mounted on Hed Belgium plus. I haven't measured them but knowing veloflex Id guess they measure closer to 27

Paint scheme reminds me of the old La Vie Claire team. Nice bike for sure.

That looks like it's the same color as mine.

The customer wanted a bicycle for his 90-tooth chainring and planned to ride at 60mph to celebrate his 60th birthday. I was happy to oblige but did point out the limited usefulness of the design.
