I thought it might be impossible to improve this bike, but... #wheels.

Recent visit to Firefly HQ. Not surprisingly, I saw some pretty awesome bikes in various stages of production.

Picked up some ano bits on my recent visit to HQ. Next time I get 10 minutes to spare the new seat collar will go on too.

Man, Firefly has all the boxes checked for me when it comes to a ti (or ti-carbon) bike right now.

Well, I can't make my own rad bikes like you, so I'm fortunate to have so many great builders around that put up with me. As for deciding...I often joke about a complex formula based on weather, training/racing goals for the day, etc., but it usually just comes down to which one is actually in a proper state of repair. That typically narrows the choice down to just a couple. At least two are missing pedals right now, so they're in hibernation for a while.

I saw those micro spacers on their IG feed a few days ago i think, damn they're nice. I want a few of those micro spacers but don't need a full spacer kit, I only use a 5mm on top on both bikes. maybe i'll message them and see if they'd do a mini kit for me. they look SWEEEEETTTTT

In all fairness they're parked because of laziness. It's two sets of DA pedals that I'm trying to get warranty replacements for but have been too lazy to drop by the LBS.

if not, I'm guessing you could sell off the ones you don't need. $50 isn't bad for that spacer kit.
