Very nice! Your frame was just finished when I last visited to have the guys slap a fork on my Firefly. I immediately recognized the Fast Folks logo on your seat tube as I visited their shop during NAHBS 2011. A couple of their stickers adorn my toolbox, one of which is this logo.

    Again, nice ride!

Bead blasted XCr with polished logos. No metal head tube badge. I like the logo polished. Looks super clean. Fork is Terraferma KVA stainless I posted earlier finished to match.

    Firefly... pure steel porn.
Was wondering about matching a modern, custom steel bike with a real, steel fork. Good job on this!

Some quick snaps of the build. It's a bit lower, longer and lighter then the 1998 Rhygin Metax it replaced. It was like taking the Rhygin which was very nice in all aspects for more then a decade of riding and turning all the dials to 11. 700x28 tires have tons of clearance front and back even with the Mavic SSC short reach breaks. 10 speed Campagnolo drive train with the last gen of the Centaur new body ultra-shift levers. Extralite stem and crank. Love the narrow 138 q factor on the crank. Modolo X-tra bars have the gradual radius curve of a compact bar but with a 102 reach and 145 drop.

Fantastic, henry! Where in Miami can I hunt you down to see it in person? Seriously, though, that thing will stick out like a sore thumb down here...and I mean that in the most positive way possible.

I'm up in weston most of the time now. New business and massive project on an impossible schedule -so less time for riding for a while. But if you see an old fart weekend mornings or predawn weekdays on a Firefly in Weston that would be me. Ride up and say hi.

Super classy. I bet that will just sing out on the road. Who did the fork? I've always wanted to try a low curve, tight radius fork.

Does this belong to anyone here?
Can anyone tell if the fork is steel or ti?

I'm the fortunate owner of the 650b rando bike. Just delivered Friday and had her out for two moderate rides today. Super plush, the 650b's are awesome. Fits like a glove as you'd expect.

Its a steel fork built by Engin. I like the look of the segmented fork although a bit non traditional.

They said 8 months just recently but apparently their new digs is 25% more efficient, so that would make it 6 months.
