My Davidson Century tandem, bought it a couple of years ago from the second owner. It is our first experience with a tandem.

bumping this up, it's been almost ten years and i still have the frame i got in the original post. just got it back out after riding an Elephant for the last few years (funny, also a Seattle built frame).

it's the same as i always rode it. i just aired the tires back up and put some sealant in them, the roads on my new (a few years ago) work commute suck. i see vittoria makes 30mm tubs now, so tempting to pull the fenders off and glue some up..after i wear out these vittoria (and some FMB's in the closet)

I'll embed that flickr link later.

Great bike. How do you describe that shade of paint? Champagne?

I'm not sure, maybe champagne gold? I sent Bill a pic of a Weigle frame from JPW's flickr and asked, can you get it close to this color.

My brother asked for champagne paint on a Yamaguchi and he got a purple champagne so...

also, is that your truck, and what has it to do with cookies?

Truly, cool bike. I like the champagne. I googled purple champagne and TIL that's a weed varietal. Koichi does live in Colorado I guess?
