What is the 'buy a subscription'?

Ya need a subscription/membership/tithing in order to post a classified ad. I think it's $20 and it pays for the bandwidth and beer for the vSalon moderators. There are instructions at the top of the Classified forum. See this link: http://www.velocipedesalon.com/forum...ear-32931.html
