It's got seat tubes for seat stays and down tubes for chain stays. I bet it likes to be pushed.

Normal MxxxxxO has 19mm seatstays and 24mm chainstays, all non-tapered, Dario was famous for saying: custom tubing doesn't mean "give it a squish here and another there"

Haven't heard from Pietro in a while, I bet he's so busy with the big burden that fell on his shoulders.
As much as I'm still sad for the departure of the Maestro, I'm also happy to see "the man that was behind the curtain" been doing well, even though this is somewhat bitter given the circumstances has happened.

Last summer I found an old POGOSTIK for sale.
It was neglected, assembled with rubbish components and the owner did not know what was selling.
So I "had to save her!!" and bought it for little bucks.
I manage to get the frame to The Bottega to have it cheked.
Pietro told me that it was fine, but we agreed that a new paint was needed.
He advised me to choose a graphic that Dario was using in the 90's on mtb.
The graphic is as ironic as Dario could be, it is called "spermatozoi"

I spent the last months collecting the components i wished for, I am not a vintage/period correct/taleban, I want to build it to ride it at its best.
Sram X0 10s drivetrain (this is the most modern component)
    Middleburn crankset
    Titanium BB
    Jagwire I-link
Thompson seatpost or Selcof TI or FRM
Flite saddle with leather by Officinadelmiglio
    Xtr V brake
Fro Castagnino brake levers and stem
    CK headset
    NIB WR Compositi flat bar
    Mavic Crossmax UST Wheelset
Ritchey z max 26 wcs tubeless
    Effettomariposa Shelter Kit and sealant
    Pace RC36 Fork

the only thing missing is the Pace crown race collar that is on its way from UK

    What do you think?
    Should I be happy?

    What a fantastic pick-up.

I think I'm very envious, and yes you should be happy!
