Gita's had that gallery for years (my Love #3 is in there somewhere.) They send you a pair of sock in exchange for a photo & story.

    swank!

chatted it up with a guy (kevin?) on a beautiful pegoretti marcelo (?) in nyc this morning in central park (anyone know him?). was light blue, a classy looking ride with just the right amount of snazzyness.

It's made of metal. Nothing wrong with that.

Ask and ye shall receive: I asked for a steel fork, which is an option on the Responsorium. Looks just right to me.

Dat fork looks like Dario's 1-1/8" steel fork that you can order along with the frame. I think Cycles Bikyle has some now. http://www.bikyle.com/images/BikesRo...romo_fork2.JPG

Just to confirm, this is the 1.125" steel fork. Here are a few more teaser shots. More in February, built up.

Note...the fork is a flipping home run...its an edge that's been masked so peg shows through as carbon. brilliant.
I appreciated Grant's notes on the fitting but also deleted my comments so we can keep thsi to the frames...

Since this is the gallery section, I deleted my posts on fitting,
we should have that discussion in a different place.

    You'd need a 50" monitor to view it. ;)

That bike is sweet. I don't know which paint scheme I like better, that one or the dots. DarrenCT had better get photos up asap.

I dunno that I quite buy the Kline, but for a couple of strokes of reference, but maybe that's a good thing -- trying to get too close would be too, too, IMO. I will say that, at least on these pics, both the bike and the paint just rock -- this may be my favorite implementation of the ciavete paint so far. I think it's just plain cool.
