Sent my mountain bike back to Coconino Cycles World HQ for a little update and a new color.

I've wanted to have Steve build a bike for me since '05. Some things take time to be realized. This one is a bit different than it would have been then : )

First ride today. Love it! @steve garro hit a home run.
Plenty of room for wide tires, impeccable trail manners and smooth rolling. Impending rain and stops to clear large limbs off the trail made for a short ten mile ride. Bike fit and handing are spot on. There was no "getting familiar" with how it rode, it was an immediate bond. I've wanted to have Steve build a frame for some time. Life went on but not the bike. Finally it came together. Thanks Steve. Looks like a wet weekend so am very glad to have gotten this first ride in.

There is a Moto term I like to use for bicycles - "Stance"

    This bike has excellent Stance.

As in "It looks like it's hauling ass sitting there"

Thanks for the props. "Stance", like it!
Saw a 72 Nova SS in teal today. As the Dan's pic earlier in this thread there are color-mates out there.
@zambenini While so many fine Coconino bikes are SS this one is going to stay geared. Have the SS option covered : )

This one is going to see plenty of miles before the snow flies.
