    Default Bingham Built

I could not find a thread for this builder's brand.

My new Bingham Built 29er Hardtail for the Whole Athlete in San Anselmo, Ca.

Builts are known for the best welds in town and this one is no exception. Clocks in at around 22lbs- that includes a dropper post. I could of been lighter but I opted to have no holes drilled for the derailleur cable :) .

Brad has been doing most of the welding for Eriksen for some time now - I'm under the impression that Kent has effectively handed over to Brad; and it's only now that he is starting to use the 'Built' branding. My short-lived Eriksen was built by Brad.

Every bit as impeccable as any Eriksen ever was. Should be held in every bit as high regard under this 'new' company. You pics prove it. Enjoy!

Saddle-bar drop on MTBs rules. Could you also slam the stem even more. What if you slammed it UNDER the headtube ?

Good idea. We have a 5mm spacer under the stem just to make sure we really want to drop it.

Brad has been the welder for some time. He is now the owner.
He bought the company from Kent more than a year ago.
The ship is tighter that it ever has been- Same for the bikes.
He is branding the bikes as his own now- But he will still make one that has the Eriksen logos on it for anyone who wants that.

I do own a 44. Love it. My wife might make me sell it because there are a lot of bikes in the bike closet.

BMX pegs for steering? That way the chin doubles as a thorn flicker. :)

I love your bike, btw. Even if you keep falling off of it.
