Shared workshop space available in inner SE Portland...

We have a large (2,600 sq ft) space with a spot available in inner Southeast Portland. Myself, Bob formerly of Bilenky (and now doing Bantam Cycles), Lemolo Bags, and Joshua Bryant are renting out this awesome space and we have room for one more.

It is an open floor plan with an partially walled off area in the middle of the building for machining tools. There is heat and a bathroom. Rent and utilities is around $400.

Everyone is self contained as far as tools are concerned and you should be to. There are some larger machines set up for specific processes that may be available for sharing provided you have your own cutters and are willing to provide a deposit for repair in case something goes wrong. Lets chat about that more if your interested.

We're a pretty social group and like to hang out as well, hopefully you would be too.

We're also all awesome. You should be too. Or at least kick ass.
